This was a great house with tons of room and all the things we needed for our stay. We spent most of our time there on the back porch watching family swim. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to make meals. Everything was very nice and we had a great stay.

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

We had such a wonderful stay at this historic home! Ruth was a great host and was easy to communicate with, even when I needed to message her late at night. The rooms were great and it was in a perfect location. We are looking forward to booking here again next year.

The pictures don’t do this house/surroundings justice. It’s absolutely stunning and the owners are thorough with everything you need and are so very nice. A lot of space in this home! The inside and outside area of the home is absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful home with a ton to offer, look no further as this is the spot. I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

This is the perfect place for a getaway! It’s away from the busy part of Hampton Beach but close enough if you want to go there. The drive on Ocean Blvd North is spectacular! Brianna and Melissa were very responsive to my needs. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, then, just cross the road and you’re on the beach. Overall, really great week!

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

I had a great experience at Mike’s AirBNB. It was very nice and clean. The AirBNB is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping plaza’s. This AirBNB is listed at a very reasonable and fair price. Mike reached out to make sure I didn’t have any trouble checking in. This was a perfect place to stay for Laconia Bike Week. I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

What a Lovely Condo! Clean, nicely decorated and well maintained! Kimberly was very accommodating and very pleasant. Check it out, you'll be glad you did!

Although the building as a whole is dated, and a very interesting layout, the condo itself was *pristine*! BE AWARE however, the condo is on the 2nd floor & there is no elevator (or at least we never saw one), so plan accordingly. The space is beautiful - spacious, clean & fully remodeled! There is 1 bedroom with 2 Q-size beds (*very* comfy, btw), 2 large closets, a wall-mounted TV, and a nightstand between the beds that offers USB and an outlet. The bathroom is roomy & very clean. The kitchen & dining area are lovely & comfy. Nice little extras like bottled water & snacks were greatly appreciated! We were here for a wedding & unfortunately it down-poured the whole time so we didn't do much exploring but I urge you to enjoy b'fast at this lovely cafe called The Flip Side. Also...explore the little "village" in the underbelly of this complex - there is a very large pool hall & a cafe. We found tho, that we had to leave the building & walk through the covered garage below to get there.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.
