This is the second time I've stayed here. It is perfect location for Stockton Heath visit and has a dedicated parking space. The kitchen equipment and food provided is much more than expected.

Stayed in this lovely annex for a one night stopover after attending a festival at nearby Walton Hall and Gardens. This was a perfect little Airbnb in a secluded location that was easy to find with all the amenities you'd need provided for by the hosts. It was especially enjoyable eating breakfast outside in the back garden and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay, place is small especially the bathroom has just about everything you need for your stay close to town only downfall is the parking. You can only park outside for 1 hour which was described on the listing of flat,however there is paid parking area's,carparks near by however reading some reviews about places i wasn't happy to leave my car away from where i was staying so took the chance and got a parking ticket 😑 any problems we had Geoff responded very quickly not that we really had any just a couple of minor thing's. For what we paid for 2 week's i can't justify the price we we're charged especially with no parking which is free after 6pm by the way. The so called 3 seater sofa is more for 2 people and very uncomfortable,has a sky tv box with no sky channels. Really at the end of the day it didn't suit us. I would suggest it is more suitable for a single business traveller staying fior 1 night only.
