Peter’s place was exactly as it looks in the photos, finished to a high standard, and clean throughout. We had sky tv & Netflix throughout the house (including the cinema room), and enjoyed the easy to use Sonos-style speakers that are situated throughout the house. There are walkable shops and pubs in the village nearby and it’s a short drive to Tatton Park, Quarry Bank or Alderley Edge if you’re looking for outdoor walks. The pond & stream in the garden are great to look out upon and provide a peaceful setting. Everything was straight forward but Peter was easily contactable if we needed him. A great stay overall and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Hired the house for 4 weeks for a business. Lovely area, big house, lots of space, not sterile like a lot of airbnb can be. Great for a family or friends/family to get away together

Paul & Co were fantastic. Very helpful and allowed us to use this beautiful space. He was accommodating and even took the time to show me the space to see if it was the right fit for my bestmen & groomsmen the night before my wedding. Thank you Paul. We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea & Adrian's property. The location was great for all the hikes we had planned (Lud's Church, Macclesfield forest and Thor's Cave). The accommodation was spacious for our group of 9 adults and 1 infant. The place was free of clutter for the baby to crawl around. The kitchen area is spacious for us to walk around and hang out after a day of hiking. We all had spacious rooms and enough bathrooms without having to queue up. Showers were great and good water pressure in all of them. The place is located amongst a newly developed area and house is modern. We also found it's well insulated so we were able to keep the house warm. There were plenty of parking on the drive. We had 5 vehicles fit in without any issues. Highly recommend for big groups who want to explore the peak district national park.

Beautiful accommodation, excellent for our family celebration. The surrounding area is lovely. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting in the evening. Darren was very accommodating which added to the overall experience making it a wonderful weekend!

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished. Spotlessly clean, spacious, just like the photos. Easy to find (very clear directions from the host including photos). Great location to access town - right on the street. Nice views out of the upper floor. We had a lovely stay.

Terrys house easily accommodated our party of 8 adults 2 young children and a dog will book again. There is every conceivable item to make your stay as comfortable as possible all you need is food and yourselves. We all loved the house there’s private and quiet areas too. The lounge has a table that accommodated 10 of us easily for dinner but also space to just sit and chat or watch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed as well as being a great communal area to eat or just chat. When we had an issue Terry arrived in person to help and offer advice. There is only parking for one car outside the house because of its location so to avoid causing problems for the neighbours we parked our 4 cars just a short distance away in the village so plenty of alternatives. Terry communicated immediately when available both before and during our stay, we used her wealth of local knowledge she gave us a great recommendation to eat at ‘The Old Hall’ just a 10 minute walk away.

Amy and Jeff were fantastic throughout and always friendly, polite and responsive. The house was exactly what we wanted for the weekend and suited our groups' needs perfectly. The extra thoughts and touches were extremely nice and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you!

Nathan’s place was fantastic! I went with my cousins and we had an absolute blast. The house exceeded all of our expectations it was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was how fully equipped everything was, especially the kitchen it had everything we needed and more. The entire space was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a group stay. Thanks so much for a lovely stay! This was an ideal location for us as we went hiking in the Peak District. William was very responsive, gave clear instructions and was very accommodating. He even left us some snacks and drinks for our stay, and there were also a few board games to choose from. The house felt very homely, the bathrooms were lovely and beds were super comfy! Alonzo was incredibly accommodating, providing all the information we needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable weekend away with our family. After a long overnight journey from Plymouth in Devon to Manchester, it was a delightful surprise to find milk in the fridge, which allowed us to settle in with a comforting cup of coffee. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make such a big difference. The house itself was lovely and we truly appreciated being able to bring our three family dogs rather than having to leave them at home. This made our stay feel even more like a true family gathering. Most importantly, thank you, Alonzo, for allowing us to use your lovely home to honor our late father and lay him to rest in his final resting place. This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for a weekend away as a group of school mates all turning 30. The property was the perfect base for us, providing us with the best possible experience. We’re an active, activity based bunch and this stay had something for everyone. Multiple activities, from the pool table, darts board, table tennis, air hockey, and yes the Pool and Sauna. Many of my friends couldn’t believe just what we had found for this stay. Private use of the pool is a great bonus. All beds were made, fresh linens and towels provided. We used the kitchen to cook our breakfast each morning. There’s ample parking for 3-4 vehicles inside and plenty on street right next to the property, which is a quiet street so not a stress. Whilst the decor is aged, we are not particular on this and found it added to the charm. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and spots to relax. We would stay again! The host was fantastic in communication and response to questions posed and made the whole process easy.

Angela’s place was accurately described. The place was clean, tidy and well equipment. Nice touch with the welcome hamper too! Surrounded by fields, it was nice and peaceful. Nice walks on the surrounding area. The hot tub was clean, and it done the job. Nice looking out in the fresh air. Thanks again for this. Just the ticket.

Samantha was so helpful and extremely accommodating, always replying promptly to messages. The property was extremely well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Attention to detail and generous welcome gift made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend.

Easter Weekend spent in the Deferrers Cottage with 3 generations of family. Stunning location, felt very private even though there are other families staying nearby. Superb facilities, well equipped kitchen and felt really at home there. Thoughtful touches of birthday banner, cake & bottle of fizz were much appreciated. Plenty of hot water at all times and strong showers. Managed to engage all generations with the setting, facilities (swimming pool and games room are ace) and accommodation. Nicola you have nailed this place, what an incredible set up! Thankyou.

Birch Cottage was beautifully presented and perfect for a family get together. There was plenty of space, definitely did not feel cramped or on top of each other. The bathrooms were clean and modern, presented with complimentary toiletries. The bedrooms were a good size with adequate storage. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was pristine. The location of the cottage is stunning, halfway up a hillside with plenty of challenging walks literally on the doorstep. The pool area exceeded expectations. It was modern, clean and warm. Sophie pre-arranged with me the times that the occupants on our cottage would use it and that worked out fine. I would have no hesitation in recommending Birch Cottage and hope to visit again some day.
