Luca's accommodation is the best you can find if you pass by Lake Bolsena. Fantastic view of the lake, new and clean apartment. Highly recommended!

Beatrice's house is very hospitable and has all the comforts. Very close to the small center of Albinia, some essential activities are within walking distance. Strategically located, in about 15 minutes you can reach Orbetello or Porto Santo Stefano. Having visited in Winter we did not take advantage of the beaches, which turn out to be very close. The house is not equipped with central heating but a heat pump allows you to easily heat the apartment. Beatrice's house is perfect as a base to visit the beautiful towns in the area in all seasons!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Francesco & Samantha are the true meaning of Superhosts. They truly cared that we had a postive experience and thier communication was always prompt, courteous and caring. Our family stayed here for a 2 week vacation and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal. It is located in a small historic town which is close to larger cities, historic sights and multiple wineries. The property itself is beautiful and better than described. We loved adventuring during the day and coming home to this peaceful location before sundown. Sitting in the private garden, drinking local wine while watching the sun go down over the spectacular scenery was such a perfect ending to the day. We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

The space is large and sufficiently furnished. The bed was good and the bathroom with walk-in shower excellent. The center of the nice old town is within walking distance (10 minutes) and supermarkets around the corner (3 minutes walk) Breakfast in the village is excellent the accommodation is a great base for excursions to Bolseno, Orvieto or very nice sculpture park in Bomarzo. Swimming is a great option in the lake

Very good stay in this apartment/house 3 minutes from the center of Orvieto. Extremely peaceful. The small courtyard in the greenery with the deckchairs is nice. The house and the neighborhood have charm. Keep in mind that if you are three people, the couple in the back room is obliged to go through the room where the single bed is to go to the rest of the apartment and in particular to the bathroom. This may be a problem. Punctual and friendly welcome from Camilla. Numerous restaurant addresses and sightseeing recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
