L'alloggio di Luca è il meglio che potete trovare se passate per il lago di Bolsena. Fantastica vista sul lago, appartamento nuovo e pulito. Consigliatissimo!

La casa di Beatrice è molto ospitale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicinissima al piccolo centro di Albinia, alcune attività essenziali sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Posizionata strategicamente, in circa 15 minuti si può raggiungere Orbetello o Porto Santo Stefano. Avendo visitato in Inverno non abbiamo approfittato delle spiagge, che risultano essere molto vicine. La casa non è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato ma una pompa di calore consente di riscaldare agevolmente l'appartamento. La casa di Beatrice è perfetta come base per visitare le bellissime località della zona in tutte le stagioni!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Francesco & Samantha are the true meaning of Superhosts. They truly cared that we had a postive experience and thier communication was always prompt, courteous and caring. Our family stayed here for a 2 week vacation and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal. It is located in a small historic town which is close to larger cities, historic sights and multiple wineries. The property itself is beautiful and better than described. We loved adventuring during the day and coming home to this peaceful location before sundown. Sitting in the private garden, drinking local wine while watching the sun go down over the spectacular scenery was such a perfect ending to the day. We give this property our highest recomendation and look forward to returning very soon. Thank you Francesco and Samantha for sharing your beautiful home with us.

de ruimte is groot en voldoende gemeubileerd. Het bed was goed en de badkamer met inloopdouche uitstekend . Het centrum van het leuke oude stadje is op loopafstand (10 minuten) en supermarkten om de hoek ( 3 minuten lopen ) ontbijt in het dorp prima de accomodatie is prima basis voor uitstapjes naar Bolseno , Orvieto of erg leuk beeldenpark in Bomarzo. Zwemmen prima optie in het meer

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement/maison à 3 minutes du centre d'Orvieto. Extrêmement paisible. La petite cour dans la verdure avec les chaises longues est agréable. La maison et le quartier ont du charme. Ayez quand même en tête que si vous êtes trois personnes, le couple dans la chambre du fond est obligé de passer par la pièce où se trouve le lit à une place pour aller dans le reste de l'appartement et en particulier dans la salle d'eau. Cela peut être un problème. Accueil ponctuel et sympatique de Camilla. Nombreuses adresses de restaurants et recommandations de visites touristiques.

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse (Meerblick) war praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Danke, dass wir ihre Wohnung mieten durften.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Appartement très pratique, et bien situé, très bien équipé. Alessandro est très serviable et sympathique, il nous a même offert des cafés dans son restaurant préféré.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
