Beach house holiday rentals in Mandaue City

Mark (host) and RJ (house manager) and the entire team staff made us feel welcome at home. The house is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay with delicious food all professionally prepared in the thatched roof kitchen and dining area with great views of the ocean. The pool is a great focal point with lots of seating surrounding it. The kids enjoyed beach combing during low tide. The nearby hot springs and hike to a waterfall is a nice 1/2 day excursion as well.

Charmaine and Jet were very nice and responsive. They were very accommodating with our requests. The caretakers likewise were very helpful and friendly, always nearby and ready to respond to our concerns. The place was beautiful and really nice to relax. Everything was completely provided for. The only thing is that the place is not senior-friendly since there are steps going to the house and going down to the beach. The beach though was nice with your own private area. On the whole, it’s a great place to enjoy your summer vacation.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

Place is great. Can be difficult to get to because of small bumpy roads but it's comfy. Would've wanted to try their korean food but all they could serve was korean instant noodles at a steep 200 PHP.

It was over all a great place to stay for a family, rooms are air Conditioned and wifi is working well. The place have nearby convenience store, a bakery shop, a resto, laundry shop, water refill station even a massage shop. Host is Very attentive too.

오후에 도착해서 호스트가 안내해준대로 이동하니, 별 문제 없이 숙소에 도착했습니다. 호스트가 경비에게 우리가 방문하는 것을 미리 이야기 했는지, 이름만 체크하고 게이트를 통과 했고, 경비가 어느 집인지 위치를 안내해 줬습니다. 집은 아주 깔끔했고, 수영장이 엄청 좋았습니다. 이 숙소가 있는 타운의 다른 집은 아직 완공되지 않은 집이 많이 있더군요. 그래서 저녁이 되기 전까지는 공사하는 소리가 조금 들렸지만, 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 그냥 깨끗하고 편안한 침대에서 푹 잤고, 정말 깨끗하고 예쁜 수영장에서 잘 즐겼습니다.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious, just perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the common areas were cozy and inviting, great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bedroom was comfortable. One of the highlights was how family-friendly the space was. The hosts truly thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Communication was seamless and the check-in process was very smooth. The location was also ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but quiet enough to enjoy some peace and privacy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again!

Thank you to Mikheyla and team for the lovely stay - our company offsite went amazingly! The house is exactly as per the photographs and if anything even more gorgeous in real life. The view of the ocean is just insane and put us all in an immediate holiday / retreat mood. The staff on duty were also all amazing in keeping up with our requests from clean up to replenishing toiletries. Can't thank the team enough!

this is 5 Star Costomer Relation house. Just go and stay this house. you will feel a lot from them. I have found my ideal base accommodation finaly at here. book it before I book a lot!
