place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and perfect for working remotely—the WiFi is fast and reliable. The bed is comfy, and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV during downtime. The elevator can get a bit busy since there are a lot of guests, but it's manageable. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to coffee shops, malls, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also really easy to get a taxi, and there’s a 7-Eleven and ATMs right next to the building. Would definitely stay here again!

Staysync was very responsive accommodating. They allowed us an early check in with reasonable fee. Recommended host! Will be back soon!

Thank you for letting me stay in your beautiful home! It was exactly what I was looking for — super clean, close to everything needed for daily life and fast WiFi (!). There is even a washing machine in the unit which was convenient, and a laundry right in front of the building (went there for drying only). Very kind host, she even had welcome dried mangoes 🥹🥰

It was a wonderful room, and we were able to relax with peace of mind.

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

The best airbnb I’ve stayed at so far. I just got to Cebu from an exhausting trip and Ms. Joce’s place was so warm and cozy, I slept so long that I almost missed the check-out! LOL. The bed was so clean and comfy, I could tell that the beddings were newly washed. Internet was also very fast, I had no trouble finishing up work. Also an easy check-in process since Ms. Joce left clear instructions. Will def book again.

Everything matches the photos provided. Everything matches the information provided. The bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all clean. The props and furniture also provide pleasure. Shampoo, body wash, etc. are not provided. Towels are provided. This also matches the host's information. Food management is necessary in the kitchen for the next guest. There are flyers in any room. I had a great time in a room with a nice clean and nice interior.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

The unit is superb! Very clean, well-maintained. Supplies are abundant. It is a great value for money. The hosts Fedelita and Bea are very responsive and accommodating to requests such as early check-in/ out. Always communicating should we need anything. At the time of our stay, we booked three units in 38th Park, Fedelita & Bea’s place was the best of the three. Response time is excellent! Would definitely book this unit the next time we need to be in IT park in Cebu.

Enjoyed the 4days I stayed with Manolito’s condo. Room had lots of space. Appreciate the mini work table and the free Netflix. Oh and the view from the window was amazing. Gives you a clear view of all three pools, the city at night is gorgeous and it wasn’t too high or low floor which made it perfect. Everything was clean from the bed to the kitchen and most especially the tiolet. Manolito was also very responsive to every last minute messages and requests I had. Highly recommended! 👌👏

I recently stayed at Skyluxe for a week and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short distance from some excellent restaurants and only minutes away from Ayala Center, which made dining, shopping, and getting around the city so easy. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained and thoughtfully designed the unit was. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed and stylish interiors to the fully equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. Everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was provided. One of the things I really appreciated was the added convenience of having a laundry service located in the basement, which made it easy to keep everything fresh during my stay. The host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating, accepted our request on such short notice. The unit was also very aesthetic, clean and spacious, perfect for a family of 8 like ours. Balcony and view from there was a plus, my father loved it. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who will be visiting Cebu 🤍

Location and quality is worth the price

Great place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket, and there’s beach access for only 375. The place is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus—I’ll definitely bring my fur baby next time! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
