It is 17 minutes from the Rouen Exhibition Center, 25 minutes from the Kindarena, and 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (spaces are not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire). For security, a camera is located in the outdoor lobby.

Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.
