Situato tra le colline di Montecosaro in una posizione tranquilla e riservata,questo alloggio gode di una meravigliosa vista mare e di un bellissimo scorcio sul Conero.Ristrutturato nel 2024 con materiali scelti e accuratezza nei particolari,la dimora mantiene intatta l’atmosfera calda ed accogliente del casale di campagna. Si può alloggiare lontano dal trambusto della città avendo comunque a portata di mano il mare e l’allegra città di Civitanova. A disposizione una Jacuzzi per i due alloggi.

Il casale in mattoni antichi sorge in prossimità del centro storico. Si sviluppa su due piani. Il primo piano composto da ampio salone, cucina e un bagno e il secondo piano composto da 3 stanze da letto arredate e confortevoli , 2 bagni, il tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Vi è il giardino e un uliveto di 70 ulivi. Il casale si trova inoltre a 10 km dal mare. È presente una bella piscina per rilassarsi 😍 Questo e’ l’annuncio ufficiale in cui chiedere info. Ideale per coppie o famiglie in cerca di relax, la nostra casa è immersa in un silenzio d’altri tempi. Siete a 10 minuti di macchina da Macerata e a mezzora dalle spiagge. Lo spazio sarà a vostra esclusiva disposizione. Disponiamo di Home Theatre con impianto HiFi. Possibilità di usufruire del forno a legna previo accordo.
