It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! The apartment is tastefully designed with stunning Bohemian interiors that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The living room was quite spacious, with an attached open kitchen that was both functional and stylish. The Boho decor - from the earthy tones and natural textures to the cozy furnishings and thoughtful decorative pieces - added a lot of charm and character to the space. Every corner of the apartment felt thoughtfully curated and very well maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything looked freshly done. Special mention to the host Hem, he was extremely nice, friendly, and approachable - very responsive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. Had a great stay here. The beach is just a few mins away and they give you a pass to go through elsewhere to access the beach. The rooms were also super clean. The host was also super helpful. Lots of great restaurants to try also in and around the area
