We throughly enjoyed our extended family vacation here. We had the entire place to ourselves. It was spacious, clean , homely and very comfortable for our large family. The caretaker , komal and the cook were very accommodating and made sure we got the meal choices everyone wanted, with a smile. Beach and river just a few mins away. So, we enjoyed the runs , beach walks , boat rides , food and sunrise / sunset. Overall , a great stay.

The villa was impeccably managed, and the entire property, including the swimming pool was spotlessly clean. The caretaker, Mr. Lalan, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. We wanted to have a barbecue night, and they recommended a chef who not only prepared delicious tandoori items but also handled all the cleanup at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for value for money, professionalism, and top-notch cleanliness.

This place was simply amazing. Lots of space and a great area to be in. The family that cares for the place is super welcoming and kind. The pool and decor are also lovely.

One of the best properties you can book for a group of 6–7 people. The place is well-maintained, spotless, and perfectly located-close to all the popular North Goa beaches, clubs, and cafes. You’re guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. The pool is spacious and exceptionally clean, and all the promised amenities are provided without compromise. The host, Karan, is fantastic-very responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. This property truly elevated our Goa trip and made it even more memorable. Lastly, a special mention to Kefi, the café right outside the property-don’t miss it if you're looking for some delicious food. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! Initially, the room we were given wasn't very clean, which was a bit disappointing. However, as soon as we raised a complaint, the host responded immediately and shifted us to a much better room. From that point on, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The stay turned out to be really pleasant, and we truly appreciated the prompt and helpful service. Would definitely recommend!

Despite our flight being delayed, they kindly accommodated a late check-in, which we really appreciated. During our stay, they consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel very well cared for. The caretaker at the property was fantastic—always available to help and quick with great local recommendations. The highlight of the stay was definitely the private pool, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Renting a bike or car made getting around easy. We’re already looking forward to coming back and will definitely recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sea La Vie in May for 5 days. It was for an extra special occasion to celebrate my grandfather’s 90th birthday and the Staymaster team, especially Alex, were so accommodating and helped with all the planning for a special dinner party. The villa itself is gorgeous and exactly what we needed. It was spacious and designed wonderfully. Each room had plenty of space and again was designed to perfection. The views from the villa are also spectacular, so much so you could stare out at it all day and not get bored (and want to stay there forever). The real plus of our stay was also the staff – Chef Anupam, Bibash, Nasir and Samjana who made the stay even more special. The food was excellent and they catered to our every needs. I couldn’t recommend Sea La Vie enough – don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of booking as it is a very special place and I have no doubts you’ll also love it.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

Great Villa to stay near to Baga. Not much traffic around the place. Walkable distance to Baga. Amazing host. We had a helper (Noor) available all times just a phone call away. Noor helped us with food, water etc. Very well mannered host and helpers. Always respected privacy.

Wonderful property, beautifully appointed and lavishly kitted out, with all the things one needs - and more Lots of attention to detail, even the little things in all areas. Everything was much like the photographs show them to be. We were impressed also, by the excellent caretaking team, who along with the host, Mr Deepak, were very responsive and cooperative, at all times. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Everything was sorted Rooms were clean Care taker “rana bhai” was very responsive and helpful and kind Daily the bedsheets were changed Just one small feedback to add full size mirrors to each bedroom Location is top notch and peaceful all the good restaurants are 7-8min away from here
