Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. bienvenue chez nous pendant nos weekends/ vacances. maison entière sauf NOS chambres. salon cuisine wc buanderie au rez de chaussée. 2 terrasses dont une couverte. une piscine 8x4m sécurisée. à l étage votre chambre 11m2 avec lit 160 et literie tout neufs climatisation volets roulants dans toute la maison. wc et salle de bain spacieuse. Certaines pièces sont rénovées, d autres pas encore ( cuisine, Sdb) mais très fonctionnelles. Le logement est sécurisé anti squattage( caméra sur porte entrée)
