My family had a great stay at the house. It's located in a nice neighborhood. Mai, the host, is very accommodating and provides what guests need. We made the right choice in choosing this house.

It was one of the best Arbnb homes that I stayed. The owners did a really great job about maintaining there house clean and tidy. Huge living space and dining area. All the rooms have AC. If I go back to iloilo again, i would definitely book again in there house. PS thank you for the mineral water!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable night in the busy city. Conveniently located, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Angel and Christine are lovely hosts. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. My arrival time got delayed a few hours and that was no problem at all. I’m sad my stay was just one night as a stop over for a road trip. Would love to come back!

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

The place is really nice. Though the room in the 2nd floor has a little smell lang naman especially sa bathroom pero hindi irritable yung smell pero it would be better if it smell good. Ate nene’s was super easy to communicate with and accommodating. Good for its price. Really recommend this place!

Had an amazing 3days 2nights stay at Lafayette! The unit was clean and comfy, and the highlight was definitely the pool it was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Super convenient location too, close to everything. Highly recommend!

Korina’s place feels like home the first time we set foot in it. It has a very cozy vibe and it has almost everything that we need in a home. Korina is also very responsive in my inquiries and the staff in the condo are very polite and accommodating. We will definitely book again the place on our next visit to iloilo city.

The places looks good. Minimal and very straight forward. The location is easy to find plus with aid from app maps. Pros. 1. The place is straightforward, simple and easy to the eye. It has enough space for 2 people to move around with ease. 2. The colors are neutral and calming. It sets your mood at day. It was bright at night. Typical condo colors but this one was elevated by their native accents here and there. 3. Love the sunset on our bedroom glass doors. It was nice to look at whilst on bed. 4. The staff and cleaners were very courteous and responsive to our needs and request. All needs were addressed. 5. The bathroom is the Perfect set up. Esp for elderly and seniors. Floors were not slippery. It was big enough to move, and small enough to enough so seniors can touch wall for support. Cons. 1. The bedroom is small. I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. It’s right in the center of the city, close to many popular attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. We felt really comfortable in this place. Whenever we feel tired after the trip, we always want to go back to the unit to relax. The host is very responsive and generous. This is really worth the money.

The place is big and clean. It is also walkable from restaurants with coffee shops and convenience store near the building.

Martin’s place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic locatio. It right beside the River Esplanade and close to Molo Plaza, with Festive Walk and SM Iloilo also within easy reach. The unit had a spacious layout, a nice vibe, and a lovely view of the river that we really enjoyed. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Martin responded quickly and got it resolved without hassle. He also has a great list of nearby food spots and attractions if you’re looking for local recommendations. Overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distance to esplanade. Communication was seamless! Mary was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Overall a wonderful place, we would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for 11 nights. Overall it was an excellent experience. Read the other reviews - they are 100% accurate. Highly recommend. Edgar was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented. He has really taken the time to think everything through in terms of what guests require. Condo has everything you need, is very functional. Very clean and in very good condition. There are a lot of devices and remote controls in the unit, which on the first day was a bit overwhelming, but it all proved to be very useful. Alexa was a hoot. Huge TV. Washing machine worked perfectly. Towels and sheets were very comfortable. Lots of hangers (extremely important for long stays). Contrary to negative reviews we had read about the building's staff, we were treated very well by every single one of them. Check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect.
