"Da zia Giovanna" is an apartment on the ground floor in a quiet and low-traffic alley in the heart of Manfredonia. There is a convenient parking lot 20 meters away and it is close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach, perfect for getting around on foot. With vaulted ceilings and thick arches, it is cool in summer and well heated in winter. It is a family home built in 1917 in the historic center and completely renovated recently to highlight the ancient charm of the structure.
