Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mangakino

I had read the great reviews for this place but it still exceeded my expectations. If available this will always be our first choice for accomodation in Te Awamutu. The location is right in the centre of town but still so private. The apartment itself is stunning, with quality furnishings, it was such a pleasure to stay here. It is very spacious but cosy, the bedrooms are beautiful with quality linen. The living area is fabulous too. If you book here, you will be so glad you did!

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful and private place. Very clean, comfortable and warm. Marie was very responsive and extremely accommodating, letting us check in quite a bit early. Beautiful view. We'll definitely stay again!

Julie and Menno's place is super clean and super accurate to the description. Amenities listed are amenities you get. Everything is there. Coffee pods, heater, massive TV with netflix. Near enough to town but not too close hence you get a bit of quiet and serenity. Instructions are very clear. The welcome snack is a cute little bonus! Very attentive hosts, and they're always quick to respond to comms as well. 11/10 - would totally stay here again!

Beautiful location with scenic views over the lake. The studio is really well equipped and the small details really made a huge difference - electric blanket in the bed and snacks for hungry hikers. We loved mountain biking in redwood forest and then coming back to watch the birds on the lake. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Everything you need, want and more ! Peaceful and quiet. Everything was exactly as described. Very very well equipped. Far enough from Rotorua town to be peaceful and enjoy the environment, but close enough to enjoy the attractions.

Lisa’s place was as described. Beautiful views of the lake and an easy check in process. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful location, stunning views, pristine house, comfy bed and very private. Only thing we’d note is the hot tub is super dark around it and it has no steps to get in or out which felt a bit dangerous with having the drop around the edge. Absolutely recommend this place, we loved it and beautiful location.

This was our favorite place we stayed at in NZ. Kerry and David’s place is in a great location albeit off a busy street. The beds were very confortable and the kitchen was well stocked. All the extra touches made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped in theough the door. We had an issue with the keys and they came right away to help resolve it in person. Super nice and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rachel and Derek’s. Beautiful home and views, private, spacious with everything you needed plus more. My family and myself all have great memories of our stay and the house being so comfortable and well equipped made this possible. Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! 6 family members had a wonderful stay. Loved the large living space with plenty of room for all ages and comfortable and stylish furniture. Wifi was good for all of us with devices, beds comfortable, shower had good pressure and it was good there was a 2nd toilet in the laundry with a full house. Friendly helpful host we really enjoyed our stay thank you for hosting us

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

Lovely hosts and spotlessly clean place to stay! We were looking for somewhere near Sanctuary Mountain (only 15min away!) and being winter wanted a hot tub. Megan's home did not disappoint. Kitchenette bigger than we thought and easily accommodated the 4 of us for breakfasts. Hot tub was lovely on a chilly evening. Heat pumps in the bedrooms greatly appreciated. Would happily stay again, maybe next time in summer :)

Louise’s place was fantastic - even better than the photos! It was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful view of the lake, and included thoughtful touches like free condiments. A very comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommended!
