The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Garden House Retreat

Welcome to our Garden House. We once converted our garage to outfit a coffee roaster and have since curated the space into a cozy apartment nestled between garden beds. What a fulfilling DIY project! Here you will find modern day comforts mixed with finishing touches from days of old. Enjoy our eclectic sensibility and settle in for simple delights. A bath before bed and great coffee in the morning are some of our best bits. Stay for the night or for a while. We hope you relax in our calm space.

Weezies on Rt.66

Experience a time when life was less complicated in this "Vintage Eclectic" 1950's style home. Original oak floors with vintage decor from the 50's gives one an idea of what life was like to live on the Mother Road. Two bedrooms accented with furniture, colors, and wall art reflective of the area and time period. There's also a reading room to soak in the sun and have your morning coffee. Weezies has modern conveniences of Wifi, bluetooth record player, and smart t.v. for your convenience.

Quartz Mountain Escape

One bedroom cabin on 1500 private acres of the Quartz Mountains. The owners live on the same property near the cabin. Hiking, wildlife watching, fishing within walking distance. Cabin is 300 square feet and has two twin bunk beds and one full bed. A full kitchen with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom with shower. Electric outdoor grill. Fire pit when weather permits. There is a smart tv with inernet. No more than 4 people in or at the cabin at any given time. Additional pet fee of $30

After an adventure filled day outdoors, relax in our Seek and Snore Cabin. Our grandchildren inspired us to create this "I Spy with my little eye" themed cabin which showcases some of their favorite things seen while exploring the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge which is less than 3 miles away. Nestled at the foothills of the Wichita Mountains, The Lazy Buffalo has 13 individually themed cabins and a bunkhouse. The Seek and Snore Cabin sleeps 4 guests with 2 queen sized beds.

The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Fully stocked kitchen, full size outdoor gas grill are available for cooking needs.

Relax and enjoy the true flavor of old Route 66! In this quaint remodeled home, you will find an open living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining room, and a bedroom with a queen bed. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a utility with washer and dryer, a bath with a shower, and a fenced in (pet-friendly) backyard with patio (outdoor furniture and charcoal grill.)

Rustic Red River Retreat

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
