This place was fantastic. Clean and right in the heart of Manhattan. Everything worked . Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Amazing location and host! Responded immediately every time, helped with luggage storage recommendation because we arrived early morning, and would check in to ensure things were well. The home was clean, easy to access and the location was perfect. Only 1 block from Times Square without the feeling of being in Times Square and the crowds that come with it. When I go back to NY, I’d want to stay there again!

Great place and location. I love that the place is near a park and great restaurants as well as 24hrs convenience stores. A couple of minutes away from Times Square. We’ll definitely stay here when we visit New York again.

Raymond’s place was excellent - easily the best stay we’ve ever had at an AirBNB in NYC. Incredibly quiet space, very cool in the summer heat, super accessible to everything, lots of food options nearby, and it’s clear a lot of love has gone into it over the years. He was also very communicative about the only You should absolutely stay at Raymond’s place - we will be again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Raymond!!

We love our 5 night stay in this beautiful Upper Eastside apt. Awesome location, clean property and super responsive hosts! We found the proximity to subway, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, & restaurants super convenient. 5 stars to hosts for also accommodating our luggage storage on our day of departure. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Great spot to stay in NY! A quick walk to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping or hop on the sub from Union Square and get anywhere.

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Milton's home was perfect for our New York trip. It was just the right size, with the right amenities. It was easy to get downtown on the express A train, and we also were able to walk to historic sites in Harlem. Milton was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Gorgeous restaurant downstairs, Patsys pizzeria. Short stroll to subway. Apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. Yue was a very responsive host and allowed us leave our baggage at the apartment both before check in and also after check out. Would highly recommend.

Heather's apartment was a perfect starting point for a big city vacation in New York. The apartment is very personally decorated and feels really cozy. There is plenty of equipment, including a well-equipped kitchen, various toiletries and a lot of chargers for phones, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is an excellent Italian restaurant right next to the entrance and the metro station is 50 meters away. Heather was extremely attentive to making sure we had a good stay. We can definitely recommend Heather's apartment.

Yuliana is very friendly and so attentive, replied to messages very quickly. Her studio space was cozy and exactly as described, she’s thought of nearly everything you may need and provided it in the studio. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe. The transport link into New York, Manhattan really is easy and straightforward and reasonably priced. As it’s a studio space the shower cubicle was a little small for me (but I’m quite tall), otherwise no complaints and I had a very pleasant stay and would deffo recommend her place.

Neha’s apartment was great for visiting New York City. Quick walk to the bus stop that drops you right off at 42nd street. Being to take multiple busses into the city was super convenient. The apartment itself was clean and designed very well. Very bright and spacious. My guest and I enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms during our 4 day stay. The kitchen with stocked with everything we needed and it was nice to have a refrigerator to store left overs. Bathrooms were cleaned and had several toiletries and supplies. The in-unit laundry worked well and was super convenient. While we spent most of our time in NYC, we did manage to walk around the neighborhood and checked out a local restaurant. Would recommend the neighborhood if you’re staying local. Overall great experience! Thank you, Neha!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Had a great stay at Marco's place - it's compact but you still get way more room than in a hotel. Good location not far from a subway stop with a really good takeaway pizza place at the end of the road. Marco was fast to respond to any queries and really helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment we had a late flight. 100% recommended!

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!

Wonderful home away from home. Clean, private and beautiful. Erica thought of everything and anything. I will be back to relax at this peaceful villa.
