Shean’s house was perfect for the four of us. It was very comfortable, clean, and exactly like the pictures. The space was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy our stay. Shean was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, and his mom, Izona, was also lovely and gave us a warm welcome. We truly appreciated their support during our time there. Highly recommend this Airbnb😊

This Airbnb was everything I expected and more! I had a total of 9 guests, including myself, and the layout was absolutely perfect. The space never felt cramped—everyone had room to relax and enjoy themselves. The abundance of mirrors made getting ready with 9 girls a breeze! Madeline and Clay were incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer any questions or fulfill requests. I truly can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. If you’re looking for a cute, spacious spot with a stunning view of the city, look no further—this is the one!

The place was clean and had a great location!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

We stayed 4 months in the house during winter time Everything went well and Evelyn and Scott were on top of everything to help with our stay and provided any assistance or help when needed. The house is walking distance from the Main Street which is very convenient

Joseph and his home were both great and exactly what my family was looking for. The kitchen had everything could need and the living room was very comfortable. With several of us getting ready for graduation in the early hours, having three bathrooms was beyond convenient. We reached out to Joseph a couple of times early in our stay and he was very responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely recommend this place to others. We only wish we had better weather to enjoy the incredible backyard amenities!!

This place was great, it was very clean, nice and spacious. The kitchen has everything that you need. Also the basement was a great bonus. We will be back!

Our stay at Mo Kh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked and the location was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and love to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here , everything was clean , place was aesthetically pleasing and area was quiet with parking right in front . Nice sitting area in front if it’s nice out and they were very responsive and friendly . Gas station walking distance and one min drive . Will recommend and will return in future !

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Apartment was extremely comfortable, well laid out and lots of great amenities, like kitchen accessories, pool, and comfy beds. Very clean too! Haithum was a great communicator and super responsive. Perfect place for us to get to multiple points on the island.

We overall had a great time. When we arrived we were exhausted and a bit flustered about check in. Danny was very patient and explained everything. After I rested I see in the check in message that the entire process was explained with pic if I had taken the time to look. One other thing that I want to mention is the fact that the other unit that is rented has the most amazing person in it. They were so friendly and helpful. He told us about local restaurants that were GREAT! He also let us know that if anything at all we needed help with he was there!! It made my whole family more comfortable in a new place!

Thank you to Daniel and Lexie for a wonderful stay. Their home is beautifully presented and we felt right at home straight away. The street is charming and Rye has lots to offer families and couples. Daniel was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations and advice. 5 STARS!

10 out of 10! House was as described and more! We were a family of nine with kids and grandparents visiting the area for the holidays and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We found this place on Airbnb and it was wonderful from start to finish. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it included all amenities as described including lots of activities for kids (e.g., hot tub, ping pong, karaoke, playstation, etc.). The house was very clean, and included extra towels and bedding as needed. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was wonderful! The only thing the house was missing and I'm embarrassed to even mention it was butter knives! The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and even when we locked ourselves out (from trying the lock too many times), she was very responsive and helpful in getting us back in quickly. The neighborhood is great, very quiet and the parking was plentiful and easy. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

The hosts were amazing. We booked at the very last minute. They accommodated with the time and they were very understanding. The place was clean and spacious.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids at Beth and Jon’s beautiful home! The house was spacious, clean, and absolutely stunning. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and a great way for all of us to relax. . Beth and Jon were wonderful hosts: kind, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back!
