The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Around 30 mins from the airport, there are many stores walking distance from Hotel. Also McDonalds is across the street.

We had a wonderful experience staying in cathy's place. Easy to find,great location. A great host and very accomodating. I will definetly come back here again. Highly recommended.

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Place is very nice with extra amenities like books and gym equipment which you can use in idle time. It’s clean and the neighborhood is quiet. A convenience store is also within walking distance. You might need to bring extra shampoo/soap/toothpaste though if you’re planning to bathe multiple times.

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Hosts are very responsive and I must say, they are dedicated. I am glad to have stayed at their unit. It was clean and smelled really fresh. I was able to take good care of my husband coz the unit was perfect for us. Hope they host us again. We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.
