Our house is a newly restored original stone building close to everywhere in the center of Foça. It's the house where I was born. There is a large hall and a seating area at the entrance, 2 bedrooms with sea view on the upper floor for 4 people, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. All materials used are first-class wood and stone. There are all electronic appliances and a central air conditioning system with separate units in each room. There is a good air conditioning system for heating and cooling. Hot water is always available with an electric water heater.

They are visiting All the bays in Sigacik. Our house is in the center of Sigacik. So you won't need a car. All cafes, restaurants, markets and boutique clothing stores are within walking distance. You can stay with your family and loved ones in our house with 6 beds in total.
