Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. THERE IS A WATER TANK IN OUR VILLA. Thanks to the water tank, our guests are not affected by water cuts. There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceilings and air conditioning and bathrooms in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant vacation. There is also a hair dryer in each room. You can enjoy the Bali-style landscape with a private pool in the garden.

Our kitchen has an electric stove, Airfryer, Turkish coffee and tea machine. There is a security camera outside our house that does not show the inside of the house.
