My apartment in the center of Karşıyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in a new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Hello, the location is right next to Tinaztepe Hospital, all ATMs, shopping malls, McDonald's, Burger King, Pablo Law School, IBFF 9 Eylül University, Tinaztepe Campus and ESHOT bus terminal. Starbucks and all cafes are 2 minutes away. Hasanağa Park is 5 minutes away. Easy access to the airport and all of Izmir from my house. I would like to emphasize the importance of being clean and meticulous. Since it is my private property, it is a peaceful and family apartment, reliable accommodation with no parking problems 😌

There are popüler cafes and restaurants nearby. With 500 mbps unlimited internet and wifi6 connection, you can both work online and enjoy Izmir. There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. We have tastefully decorated our apartment considering the needs of travelers.
