Holiday rentals with beach access in Manisa

It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean and peaceful, the house has a unique aura. The elevator is behind 2 streets, on the ground floor in old Izmir, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur has put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

The location was good because it was close to places to go in Izmir. Although the house was old, it was very clean and tidy. The host answered every question in no time. If you don't have a car, it may be a little difficult to get to the house, which is close to the historical elevator in the mansion. Otherwise, we had a very nice holiday.

The interior of the house was meticulous and clean, beautifully decorated. Check-in and check-out was quite comfortable, Ms. Ipeknur continued to take care of us when we needed her during the day. It was a very satisfying stay. We thank you again for the Martenich greetings 🙏

It was as it appeared in the photos, the transportation was very comfortable if you didn't have to walk and use the slope, the central location is great for Izmir. The nostalgic structure of the mansion was one of the reasons I preferred it. It met my expectations. Communication with Ms. Ipek was quite easy. Thanks again for everything 🌸

The house was exactly the same as in the photos; it was clean, tidy and everything was complete. The view was really fascinating. Ms. İpek was also very interested, she allowed us to check in early and could be reached at any time. It was very kind of him to ask if we needed anything. The road to the house is a bit uphill, but this is in the nature of Izmir, it was not a problem for us. It was a pleasant, comfortable and peaceful accommodation experience.
