Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Leafy & Private Courtyard Studio

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

The ocean and beach views from the living area of this 1 bedroom apartment with balcony are just brilliant. Air cond, internet, 42” TV, kitchen and separate bedroom with a queen bed make this the perfect holiday abode. There is an ensuite bathroom and linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Stroll 5 mins downhill to the beach, cafes and bars of Manly or jump on the ferry into the city. The walk back up the hill is pretty steep. Well equipped kitchen/dining room. Internet and everything you could need for a comfortable stay- towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, sunscreen, basic cooking ingredients, first aid kit etc.
