Carolyn’s studio had ample space, was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was bright and spacious. The beautiful view of the ginkgo tree’s yellow leaves every morning brighten my day. I could park my car in the driveway which was convenient. The cafe by Roseville station is walkable and I enjoyed my Chai latte at Nate café every morning.

A fantastic staycation for our team. Loved our morning walks around the area, grabbing coffee down by the water, enjoying afternoon drinks on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen. St Siandra is a short 15 min walk and highly recommended for a lovely long lunch (simply walk up the road to upper spit road and take the righthand track at the end of the road down to the road where it's an easy walk down to the spit). Whilst the garage is on the main road there are large breaks in traffic. We loved our time here.

Absolutely stunning little villa. Beautifully furnished, clean and everything you need. Quiet location, but still close to all the great spots in the Shire. Andrew was lovely and very efficient.

Lovely home, we especially appreciated the garage and off the street parking. Inside is very homey, roomy and has everything you need for a family stay. The gardens and outdoor spaces were stunning, a great place to relax and it was enclosed and private. Extra chairs and stools available for outdoor seating too. Comfortable beds, blankets, couch, great big TV, fast internet. The kitchen (especially oven) was fantastic as we like to cook and were able to cook large family meals with the pots and pans available. Washing machine and dryer works great, there was washing powder, body wash, shampoos, lots of toilet paper and other essentials which made for a comfortable home away from home stay. The host was always responsive, very polite and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Alan was a great host. Available at all times to answer questions. The duplex was extremely clean and still smelt new. We were very comfortable in the house in terms of bedrooms available and size of living area. We felt safe and secure at this location. Even though the house is located on one busy road the house is very well insulated from the noise of the cars. There are designated work areas in two of the bedrooms which we found very practical and everything was very clean. The minor issues we had with wifi were addressed by Alan immediately and he even got a repair person to attend to rectify the issue with a few hours of us reporting it. A great host and a very comfortable stay. Thank you Alan.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb for 2 nights to visit family in Avalon. Patti and Maya were highly responsive from the time of booking to the end of the stay. The home was perfect for our party of three and 2 small dogs. It was clean, cosy and everything we needed was available and then some. We had no trouble finding the home, entering it or finding a parking space close to the home on the street. The 2 bedrooms with ensuites was a perfect setup for us as well as the open concept living space. The TV and wifi worked well. We spent a great deal of time in the outdoor living space and even though it rained we still enjoyed it. The neighbourhood is quiet and locals friendly. Close to coffee shops, beaches, restaurants, grocery, pubs and clubs. I have a senior dog that has high anxiety when away from home and he was extremely chilled in this environment. The only negative thing I have to say is that we didn’t stay long enough. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Very peaceful place with a big garage to park a car. It was also near to the highway entrance, so very easy to get out with a car. It is closer to the blue mountains than city area, so we could be there in 90 minutes. Woolworth supermarket is 3 min by car, so it was convenient to buy foods. There was an Indian food market next to Woolworth, so might be convenient for people who prefer Indian foods! All the rooms, kitchen and shower room were all very clean. Thank you Kerryn, we had a wonderful time!

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime. We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

We stayed at Nicola’s place for five nights and we had the best time. The area is so peaceful and beautiful and it was the absolute best kitted out Airbnb. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We made use of all the beach gear everyday - snorkels, paddle boards, fishing rods you name it! It was also easy to feed 9 of us as the kitchen and bbq area was so well set up. It was also terrific for the kids as there were so many games and activities for them to do thanks to Nicole and David. We will definitely be back and recommending this gem to our friends and family.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

I can't recommend William's place enough. He and his wife hosted me over Christmas and New year 2022/23. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautiful and spotless.

Cemine's place was exactly as described! It is a hidden gem, 15mins to Olympic Park, 30mins to CBD, large garden, close to shops and cafes and restaurants, and wonderful amenities o on site! All of this, and is also very private and quiet! One note is that there is only street parking available, however there are many street parking spaces available.

Easy stay. very enjoyable time. the only things that could have been improved are extra tea towels, a few more kitchen things, instructions to use the tv and more storage as most cupboards were locked. Overall very nice stay and we were all comfortable. Beds were very comfortable but needed a few more pillows. thankyou.

beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.
