Holiday rentals with a patio in Manolo Fortich

My stay at April Joy's apartment was good. The apart is in a large development a few minutes walk from downtown malls (SM, Ayala and Gaisano) and transport shuttles to and from airport... Very nice pool and gym which was nice. Apartment is a studio which was OK for a short stay. Very fast Wifi was a bonus. April Joy was very responsive to messages and everything worked as it should.

Sir Jerome is such a great Host, easy to communicate with. The ambiance of the place is very comfortable, it meets my expectations to the max. Amenities are complete like you are checked in a five star hotel. Super worth the price! Super highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I’ve always been looking for a staycation spot that’s not just a place to sleep, but somewhere peaceful and truly restful — a place with a relaxing ambiance where you can really recharge. I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Ms. Sheila, for providing such a wonderful space for us to rest and reconnect. We would definitely love to stay again!

Overall great house for long staycation

The brick house was amazing. Linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and the overall place looked amazing. Felt like we were overseas. The water dam behind the house was also very nice to listen to at night. Overall the place was GREAT! A bit on the expensive side but it’s 100% worth it.

It’s a perfect home away from home a family short vacation. Comfortable place to stay and a perfect location for our short trip down CdeO and Bukidnon.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

I had an amazing stay place during our Bukidnon tour! The accommodation was cozy, clean, and perfectly situated, close to beautiful spots like Dahilayan, Communal Ranch, and stunning mountain views. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings, it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bukidnon. Definitely worth more than what we paid for :) The house was spacious and well-furnished; you could comfortably fit a few families in the huge house. Very clean and everything was organised from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Sir Valentine was also very accommodating and kind. He always greeted us whenever we came back to the inn and went out of his way to offer help with whatever we needed; even when it was late at night and we needed ice from the store. Highly recommend this place especially if you plan to travel and go around Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro since its nestled right in between both :)

The Airbnb was very good, has everything you need. Checking in and out was very easy and straightforward. The hostess also responded quickly and well to our questions. The area is great because there is a large shopping center right next door.

Recently stayed at this condo unit for 7 nights, and it was an absolute delight! The space was impeccably clean, making it a refreshing and comfortable place to unwind. The kitchen was well-designed and spacious, making meal prep effortless and enjoyable, which me, myself really love cooking! I love that there are trash bins all over the place and a separate food waste bin! Beyond the unit itself, Mam Majoy, the owner was fantastic—approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Any inquiries or requests were handled with efficiency and warmth, which added to the overall positive experience. For a week-long stay, comfort and convenience are key, and this unit delivered on both. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.

we had 3-day trip to cagayan for a wedding and we couldnt have booked the perfect place to stay! the unit was nice and clean, parking is no brainer as we can always find a spot whenever we come back to the unit, great lobby and security staff! i would def stay here whenever we’re in cagayan.

Second time staying here and I’m glad to say it hasn’t changed. Had everything I needed. I had a peaceful stay here and slept well. Love also that the room is higher up, so you hear less of the hubbub below. Thankful to Alchie for accommodating my requests and being quick to reply.

Had a great stay! The place is conveniently located near Centrio and Limketkai, which made getting around super easy. The unit was very clean and smelled really nice when I arrived — definitely a plus! I also loved the huge TV, perfect for relaxing at night, and the internet connection was fast and reliable the whole time. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
