The house is as advertised. Plenty of place, clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood but within a few minutes of shops (restaurants, bars, groceries, LCBO). Big living room and kitchen. The yard is also great and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Karin's place. The temperature inside was very comfortable given it was a hot weekend. We texted Karin about our arrival and the response was quick. We were welcomed into the house by Karin and lovely cats. She recommended a few places nearby to eat, where we ended up loving. During the night it was very quiet. There are extra blankets and pillows in case someone needs them, but we didn't have the need to use them. Before we checked out Karin messaged to remind us not leaving any belongings. The entire check-out process was smooth. We dropped the room key by the front door and left with good memory.

My mother and I had a fantastic stay here. Mariana was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel like part of the home. Her kind and good-hearted nature shone through, and we genuinely enjoyed her company and conversations. She offered us privacy and the freedom to access anything in the house, ensuring our stay was comfortable.The house was beautifully set up, spotless, and well-organized, creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. It had everything as described in the listing, including all amenities.The neighborhood was extremely nice, peaceful, and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. It was very walkable and served by public transport, with bus stops just five minutes away. There were lovely places to walk, especially the trail by the Rideau River, which was spectacular. The natural beauty of the area added to our stay's charm.Mariana's warm and generous spirit truly stood out, and I can't recommend this place enough. I would definitely stay here again.

As I mainly travel for work depending on treasures like this unit is a great find .Dilina was in touch prior to check in , throughout the stay and immediately afterwards. Guests comfort is her concern . Definitely a place you want to stay .

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless and incredibly well maintained. it’s clear the host puts great care into every detail. From the cozy setup to the thoughtful touches around the home, everything made the stay feel extra special. The location was perfect — peaceful, convenient, and very family-friendly. The host was responsive and kind, always quick to help with any questions. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great. We liked this place! Only the registration and verification processes might be tough and should be improved!!! You might be in trouble if the cell phone doesn't allow everything what the hotel verification software requires!!! Funny:-( You are charged already, but you don't get a booking confirmation if the verification was not successful....that really does not make sense:-) However, the IT support was very friendly and after 3 attempts and a 2nd phone we also received the booking confirmation. Special thanks again to the IT support! As mentioned before, We had a pleasant, very comfortable stay !!!!

We loved everything about Natalie's home. My husband and I stayed there with our son and his girlfriend for 2 nights. It looks recently updated with a beautiful new kitchen, great appliances, really tasteful decor, a very contemporary shower, and spotless new furniture etc. Its very well equipped with thoughtful extras such as shower gel (though I do travel with my own) and lots of coffee pods. The house is bigger inside than we expected, and was very spacious for the 4 of us. The beds are super comfy and the area is really quiet and peaceful. We discovered an amazing cafe/bakery called Dao Cafe, just a short drive away with yummy croissants and cakes and excellent coffee, as well as lots of teas. Overall, we highly recommend Natalie's home if you prefer not to be in downtown Ottawa.

A fantastic place to stay for a family with a kid.

Brenan's place was perfect for our one-week stay in Ottawa. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Situated on a quiet street, it’s within easy walking distance to a grocery store (Loblaws), LCBO, restaurants and a shopping mall. The kitchen had everything we needed and Brenan was welcoming, friendly and generous, letting us use his BBQ so we could eat outdoors and enjoy his lovely backyard. We definitely recommend Brenan's place for a great west end location.

Great place to stay and the suite felt very private. Location is close to the highway and doesn't take too long to get downtown.

I planned a trip out to Ottawa with my wife and 2 dogs. I wanted to be at a location with the most scenic views and I did not want to have the stay near the city. This location fit my needs perfectly and I was able to conveniently use the yard for my dogs to run as far as they can. I also made sure to use their balcony as much as I could because the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. There were mosquito coils already provided. I also slept really comfortably on their bed. There were toys for my dogs to play with and a stainless steel bowl for them to drink their water out of. They use well-water as their main source, which i am perfectly fine with and they provide filtered pitchers for you to consume. I enjoy my coffee almost everyday and they provided milk and creamers. I just had to bring my coffee. The host even left us a bottle of wine for our stay. I would absolutely love to come back in the future because this location checks every box for me. Highly recommend, spotless place, a plethora of shopping, including groceries, within walking distance; a very spacious two bedroom with a huge bathroom and open space kitchen/living with giant windows and a huge balcony. Kitchen has everything one could need to whip out a good meal, the host generously provided a supply of good coffee for the drip coffeemaker and a selection of teas as well, a super nice touch after a long drive. We will back.

The apartment is super hip and cute. A great space. Love the way it’s decorated and the record player was just too cool. The house manual is well put together, everything about the stay was clear and easy.

It was a beautiful two-story luxury condominium loft. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The place looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. Helen was always responsive and helpful every time I messaged her. If I ever return back to Ottawa, I will happily book Helen’s condo loft again !!!
