Ca. 10 Meter von der Jurte entfernt, befindet sich der Wirtschaftsteil. Modernes Bad (WC, Dusche und Waschbecken), modere Küche mit Esstisch. Es fehlt an nichts.

Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area.
