Wonderful location, great host, ocean view, close to shopping and good food! Love, love this home.

The owner was really good with communication on what needed to get done with check in and check out. The house was really cozy and clean. The location was good too with only a short walk to the boardwalk. Overall had a very nice experience.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

My family and I had such an amazing experience in this gorgeous LBI home. There was plenty of room for us and the space was really clean. My nephews aged 4 and 6 were always entertained in the backyard! It is the perfect place for little ones to safely explore and play. You can tell it is a family/child friendly rental- but I can also envision my friends and I renting here and having another great experience! Our host Michael and his staff are the exact kind of hosts I hope to have when renting. They truly trusted us and let us enjoy our stay! When we had questions they responded quickly. The house is modern, seems to be brand new, super clean and clutter free. Anyone can feel at home here- I know my family definitely did! This was my best experience staying at an airbnb and I look forward to renting again! Thank you to Michael and Cabrina!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay at George’s was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool and yard gave us the space we needed to enjoy a bachelorette weekend. There were plenty of beds and space to relax within the home as well. Would definitely come back!

The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful, and Carey was very responsive and flexible! I reached out with one question and she responded right away and was very helpful! A very lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to where you want to go.

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

We had a small family reunion at Chris' Dollhouse Airbnb. It was perfect for us. The location was just around the corner from great coffee, pastries, bookshops, antique shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and only a 20 min walk to the boardwalk and beach, which had endless things to do. The house is from the 1930s and very cute and quirky. The one bathroom was miraculously not even a problem for the four adults sharing the place. Everything is a little squeaky, old or imperfect in the house (not the furnishings and decor though, which were modern), but that didn't negatively impact our experience at all--it was charming. It was lovely to play board games in the living room, make cappuccino with the VERY NICE fully equipped Breville machine (bring your favorite whole beans with you if you know how to use these kinds of machines!), and sleep in with the white noise of the AC window units. There was ample closet space and Chris gave us a pack and play for one of our babies. We recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Rakesh was a great host! He’s very friendly and responsive. His place was extremely clean and accommodated our extended family and two babies for easily! Everything is beautifully designed and decorated with modern, pristine amenities! I would recommend this house for all vacationers!

We loved our weekend getaway. From the aesthetic of the place (hello live plants and mcm decor) to the impeccably clean space, plus the serene location, we had the absolute best time. Easy beach access nearby, great food at every spot we tried, plenty to do in town even on the overcast/rainy days - all around 10/10 stay. Jennifer was lovely and responsive and always so friendly. We’re already planning our trip back! Thanks again for having us!
