Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Very beautiful detached stone house on our estate composed of three houses in a green setting of 4000 m2, located in the heart of an orchard and on the edge of a pond, open to fishing. The house has an area of 80 m2 and includes: - 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room with fireplace and terrace + 1 toilet on the ground floor - 2 bedrooms with 1 shower room (in a row with the largest bedroom) and a small mezzanine upstairs Ideal for 4 to 6 people (sofa bed in the living room)

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
