Loved this place. Great location, walking distance to the monument and restaurant. Javier and David were always quick to reply. The apartment is beautiful. I loved Santiago overall definitely want to come back and if I do I will stay at La Zurza again.

Ms. Digna is very attentive and always ready to help and answer any concerns. From the apartment's terrace, you can enjoy a coffee with a spectacular view of the Isabel de Torres mountain. The apartment has the amenities for a good stay. Although it does not have a private parking lot, we left the vehicle in front of the property without any problem, quiet area

We love the place. We stay here every time we come to Santiago. The apartment stays cool during the day, so no AC is needed. We use the AC at night and it works very well. The internet is good and works for remote work. Analidia is attentive and helps with check-in and any questions you may have.

House was very nice and clean. Reyes was very helpful and responsive. Beautiful home inside and out. Safe and quiet neighborhood with convenient local store. The Host Reyes was there for us anytime we needed him, made it a great comfortable experience. I definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend to others.

We loved this place! The co host was very attentive and responsive at all times. The villa is exactly as shown in pictures. There’s a ton of space to entertain. The backyard/patio/pool areas were our favorite. We will definitely be back on our next trip to DR. Thank you!!

Truly a great experience overall and this trip was a surprise for my partner, she absolutely loved everything about it! We were instantly welcomed with open arms by John and Joanne, they gave us a tour and it was such a unique feeling. Very wholesome, lots to do in the home and outside as well, they offer a great ATV excursion and showed us the true beauty of puerto plata! They even recommended amazing places for nightlife and restaurants. The home was in great condition, and we got the well deserved break we needed! Highly recommend :)

I've stayed in a few places in Puerto Plata and James's place has moved right to the top of my list when staying on the north coast of DR. The apartment is very modern with all the comforts of being home, from the 75" tv's in each room, A.C's, king size "very comfortable" beds in both rooms, the separate wifi in each room, modern bathroom fixtures (excellent hot water and pressure) and full modern kitchen. The neighborhood is one of the most exclusive in the area and provides the level of security and comfort that well-traveled people expect. The apartment building is towards the top of the hill, so having a car is probably preferable but not absolutely necessary because of the numerous moto taxis in the area. Will definitely be looking to stay here in the future and would definitely not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Karen was an excellent host! Very responsive and reliable to when it comes to any issues you may have. The place is clean and it’s in a really nice and quiet area. Had a great time there and will definitely be coming back! Thanks for having me Karen!😁
