This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

Very nice accommodation, exactly as described, very clean, the bed is comfortable, the view from the balcony breathtakingly beautiful, excellent communication with Ante. The promenade by the sea is easy to walk and there are many small swimming spots in both directions. The old town of Trogir offers many beautiful photo opportunities and the restaurants offer good food. Split can be reached by ferry in 1 hour. Our stay was just as we had imagined. We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

Ivan was an exceptional Airbnb host! He really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He was on hand to support us with reservations, excursions, and even dropped off some coal for the bbq when we were unable to find this elsewhere. The villa is gorgeous - immaculate and has everything you need. Extremely peaceful and in driving distance from Omiš which has beautiful scenes, restaurants and bars. Hope to be back!

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

We were with 2 adults, a 14 year old and two dogs at the beginning of June for a week in the wonderfully idyllic ZirZen. The check-in was nice and uncomplicated. Nataša came and showed us everything. If we had a question, we could call them. Parking was close to the house and there is even a barbecue area. The little cottage is really in the middle of the forest. You can hear nothing but the sounds of the forest. In the immediate vicinity there are many opportunities for activities but we were always happy to be able to go back to our forest in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. The toilet took some getting used to at first but the outdoor shower was a great experience. The dogs were also totally thrilled and even made friends with a little stray cat that sat in front of our door every morning. We really recovered wonderfully. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️
