Our volleyball team stayed here for a weekend tournament and we couldn’t be happier. The home is absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean and beyond what you can write in a simple review. Coffee bar, pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, arcade…..The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We are all talking about how soon it will be until we are back! Josh & Layl’s place is exactly the kind of quirky, character-filled place we love to stay when traveling. The apartment is full of art, books, and games. We are part of a large extended family and the dining table was inviting for long talks and laughter. The location was fantastic for us as we could walk to a cousin’s home and the Windom Park. Holy Land is always a favorite and it’s practically next door. 10/10 recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home and it is our absolute favorite airbnb location! Susannah is a gem to work with, and this home is full of everything you could possibly need including great light, TLC, and genuine joy! Just driving in to the driveway we are excited to be back! We would absolutely recommend this home and will most definitely be back!

This was a wonderful and spacious house! I could easily see us coming back with more family next time. The layout and amenities definitely matched the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We loved relaxing in the afternoon playing games as a family in the many gathering areas of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, but still homey with neighbors and pets walking as we were coming and going. We loved the location as well. 15 minutes to the Mall of America, the airport, Great Wolf Lodge for a waterpark day, and many pet friendly parks and hiking trails. Will be saving this rental for future use, highly recommend!

Wonderful house, location and host. We loved walking into Wayzata in the mornings for a cup of coffee by the lake. The house is as listed with lots of amenities. The host is very responsive. And the beds were comfortable, which is always a big plus for me.

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of toiletries and fresh towels. A few small things to note: we spotted some ants near the TV and noticed a blue car parked on the property occasionally—probably someone caring for the chickens. It might be helpful to mention that in the listing. On our last night, we saw an unfamiliar car nearby that quickly left when it noticed us, which felt a little unusual but nothing came out of it. When we arrived, the pool vacuum was still in the water. The host kindly let us know we could unplug it ourselves as it was forgotten, but since we didn’t get to it that night, she came by the next morning to take care of it, which we really appreciated. A quick heads-up beforehand would have been even better. Overall, the home was comfortable, and the host was responsive and thoughtful. We’d happily recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely the best. Diane was great to work with, before and during our stay. Half of our wedding party was able to comfortably stay during the weekend, and there was plenty of space, activities, and privacy for a small cozy groom’s dinner on site. Thank you Diane, and other hosts, for a beautiful site and a wonderful weekend! Highly recommended and we would definitely be interested in a return visit. 💞

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

The pool was a huge hit for us! Stayed by the water for three days, nice deck area that had a covered seating area. The backyard felt very private, hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Very spacious in the house, large rooms and bathrooms. Would defiantly stay again!!

Home was what was advertised. Peaceful, relaxing and a wonderful gathering place for our families. Worked great for our base to search the area for a future move. Great with the younger children to explore and watch the wildlife.

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. We needed to engage the host to adjust the thermostat a few times and they responded quickly. Overall a very comfortable stay and would book again.

Absolutely incredible stay! Brian is, without question, the BEST Airbnb host we’ve ever had. (And we’ve had TONS). He went above and beyond for everything—so much so that we’re already planning to make this an annual tradition. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a private hibachi dinner on the deck overlooking the river, and it was unforgettable. The house itself is stunning—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. But what really set this experience apart was Brian. Not only was he incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, but when we had a (completely our fault) issue with his pontoon, he came out on his own boat to help us—and even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was okay. Truly the most accommodating, kind, and thoughtful host we’ve ever met. If you’re lucky enough to stay at one of Brian’s properties, go. You won’t regret it!

This place was absolutely amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and Anna was truly an amazing host. Me and my family had such an amazing time and will 100% be returning to this property. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway, this is absolutely the place to go!
