Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Accommodation in a recently renovated, comfortable and functional two-family house on 2 floors. Located 5 minutes from the center of Settimo and minutes from the TO-Mi and TO-AO. The ground floor consists of a living area with kitchen, double sofa bed with TV, half bathroom with washing machine and 1 bathroom with king size shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with a tub. A parking space in the courtyard of the semi-detached house.

Ca’ cita (small house in Piedmontese) completely renovated at the beginning of 2025 (fourth floor with elevator); located in the center of Settimo Torinese with the convenience of having the station about 200m away and 50m from the bus stop to reach Turin in a few minutes. Easily reachable: Turin Outlet Village, ToDream Urban District, Turin-Milano Highway, Civic Hospital and Pescarito Industrial Area. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, tobaccos and bars are within walking distance.

We are a short walk from the Reggia di Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, amenities and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the heart of downtown, we are in the ZTL area. Perfect for a cultural stay, a visit to the Mandria Park or Allianz Stadium. Payment of the tourist tax is required on site.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra di un palazzo recentemente ristrutturato con una splendida corte interna, facilmente raggiungibile dalle principali stazioni ferroviarie tramite bus e taxi. Nel quartiere è presente ogni tipo di servizio, dal supermercato (di fronte al loft) a numerosi ristoranti e locali. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi il Museo del Cinema, all'interno della Mole Antonelliana.
