Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

Carlton high street is a 10 minutes walk where you will find a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. All of this makes Claygate Place ideal for leisure and business.
