It is so close to all the best up and coming bars, restaurants and activities that you do not need to be anywhere else. You have car parks, train station, public transport, local supermarkets along with cinemas & music venues all nearby. The apartment remains peaceful and quiet even in the buzzing historic heart of Nottingham. Also we do not allow parties or smoking.

Located above our garage with independent access, it offers a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Within walking distance of public transport links plus shops, bars and restaurants. The property is on the 1st floor - there is no lift and it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

THE LUXÉ Stunning 2 bedroom flat up high in the private park estate. Amazing views high up across the estate a truly peaceful place for a city break. Beautifully styled to a high standard with everything you need for a short stay in the city for work or pleasure. Only a short walk into the city centre for all the centre attractions. Including the Michelin star restaurant alchemilla being a 3/4min walk across the road. With great links for work around the city right on our doorstep.
