It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We recently stayed here from 27 - 29March 25 and it was excellent place with all amenities, beautiful furniture, fully working kitchen and very convenient location with all things nearby.Really loved the stay and felt like home. Also the Housekeeping staff Krishna and Team were very professional in their work and cleaning is provided daily which adds to comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend to others hunting for similar taste and requirements. Thanks.

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

It was very great experience to stay in this villa Shweta was very cooperative and helpful . As i was travelling with my cat i needed pet friendly villa and i got it right here . House helper guy was very nice genuine person. Thank you so much for everything ❤️❤️ would surely like to come next time and recommend others too .

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location was perfect, close to all the good cafes and beaches but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout, offering great local tips and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ambiance of the property was just perfect for a Goan escape—great vibe, lovely interiors, and a nice outdoor area to unwind. This stay truly made our trip memorable. Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

I had a lovely stay here from June 8–11. The property is exactly as shown — cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Inside the house, everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The dual AC setup was very helpful in the summer heat. The kitchen and dining area are beautiful, spacious, and full of natural light — a perfect spot to relax with coffee or a meal. The riverside location adds a refreshing, calm vibe while still being close to the city. The host was polite, helpful, and responsive. A couple of suggestions: the staircase and alley leading to the house could be cleaned more regularly to improve the overall experience. Also, the 2 PM check-in time felt late, especially with a 10 AM checkout — an earlier check-in option would make things more convenient. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and scenic stay. Would love to return!

Good stay at the villa, neat and clean house with room that we're ready to occupy. major places were nearby so apt location for restaurants bar beaches and tourist spots. highly recommend the place

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Porchi Mai House and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a peaceful haven away from the usual hustle and bustle of touristy spots. Starting from the entrance porch and verandah to the cozy foyer, charming kitchen, and the most beautiful bedrooms — everything about this home echoed the spirit of an old Goan household. The terrazzo flooring, wooden and cane furniture, artistic wall paintings, various lamps, and beautiful curtains all came together to create a warm, yellow, and mellow vibe — perfectly in sync with the slow pours and lush greenery surrounding the house. Porchi Mai House let's you experience the most important feature of a Goan House - The Balcao. You sit down on the stone bench outside, catch a breeze while watching the world go by. Food delivery is easy, but cabs are hard to find, so it's best to get a local cab driver's contact in advance.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, the pool was nice and the villa was amazing. The caretaker, Pavan, was very friendly and readily available as well. Would definitely recommend if you’re travelling to Goa

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.
