Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Its location is ideal-close to popular cafes and beaches yet peaceful enough for a tranquil getaway. What a beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The vibe in that villa is something else, which can’t be explained with words. The place was an absolute bargain for the price we paid. It’s very close to the popular food/party places. The caretaker, Rasheed, is an amazing guy, who provided us with everything we needed, gave us a tour of the place, and kept the place very neat and tidy.

We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Mohit's place was a great find in Siolim. He was very responsive and always a text away right from checkin till check out. The space in itself was very cozy with all the amenities you could have asked for. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Siolim area.

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
