Lavender & Rust cottage

Lavender & Rust is a lovely self-catering house for 4 people with an old-world charm in Clarens. A minimum of two guests,no children under 8years. The double-storey house comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cosy lounge. For comfort on colder days electric blankets, and heaters are provided in the bedrooms. Guests can relax in front of the cosy fireplace, and Wi-Fi access is available. The living area opens onto a stoep, and a Weber braai, as well as secure parking, is provided.

Mafube Mountain Retreat Garden Unit near Clarens

Mafube Mountain Retreat is a secluded guest farm about 25 minutes from Clarens and is a hikers and nature lover's paradise! It is situated in a stunning amphitheater of sandstone mountains, is child friendly and has very well defined Dinosaur footprints a short hike from the chalets. The Garden unit is a small self catering unit with one bedroom and which has space for two children sleeping in the lounge area. It is surrounded by a wilderness area and with breathtaking views from every window.

We have a panoramic view of the Valley and the mountains of Golden Gate and Lesotho.

The Koeistalle

Tucked away on the edge of Rosendal, Die Koeistalle is a lovingly restored guesthouse as old as the town itself. The open-plan living area, once a working cowshed when Rosendal was still a farm, is one of the oldest surviving buildings in town. As Rosendal came to being, the old shed was transformed into a brickworks, supplying bricks to the first houses in Rosendal. Today, its stone walls and timber beams stand beside newer additions, creating a seamless blend of heritage and comfort.

Clarens River Cottage is a private self-catering retreat, 500m from the village center with easy access to restaurants and shops. Nestled at the foot of the Rooiberg Mountains, the cottage offers stunning views and access to nearby hiking trails. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. Clarens House is a modern minimalistic home, with unique features, a spacious open plan living area, and creative, relaxing outdoor areas to enjoy. The house sleeps 4 guests in two ensuite bedrooms. The arrangement is open plan bedroom/bathroom upstairs and closed bathroom downstairs. A minute's walk to shops and restaurants. There is an indoor braai which acts as a fireplace. Smart TV, DSTV and wifi provided. Additional guests or children will attract extra cost.

This holiday home comprises 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, each fitted with a shower only. One bedroom has a double bed, the other, two singles. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining area. The house features a balcony overlooking the Maluti Mountains, equipped with a gas braai. There is one garage, and the living areas are accessed via a flight of stairs.
