Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mar de Cobo

The house is beautiful, it is fully furnished and equipped, you could live there, it had everything. Marisa welcomed us very warmly and resolved anything we might need. Natalia was always in touch and was super cool. Both were very helpful. The location is perfect, in the middle of the forest, very close to the beach and downtown. We could walk everywhere without having to take the car out. The truth is that everything was impeccable, we had a wonderful vacation.

The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

The stay at the house of Marcelo and Andres was impeccable, the house has everything to rest, feel at home and an amazing grill. Very friendly hosts, they allowed us to check out late without any problems. The house is very quiet, it is close to the beach and the super. Everything can be done by foot. Anyway, a very good experience and totally recommended.

We spent some beautiful nights from Thursday, April 17 to today, April 20. What can I say about Juan excellent attention at all times. The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, very nice houses and super quiet. The main highlight was the mattresses, well hard and comfortable. We were 6 people and we were all very comfortable in the spaces that the house provides. I know that I can rent to Juan again as we love Mar Del and we go whenever we can during the year as I have more rentals. Thank you Juan. They rent with confidence, they will not regret it. Something important that I leave us white clothes, not all do it. Thank you.

10/10 The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment comes very equipped, which facilitates the stay. I went with friends and it was truly a luxury! Fernando a genius, always available if we needed anything and the apartment gave it to us super clean! We recommend that they stay there, if they go with friends or family. The area is very good.

The experience was great from start to finish. The apartment is as shown in the photos and as described by the host: clean, comfortable, very well equipped and with an ideal location for walking both downtown and the beach. Everything was in perfect condition and you could see the care in every detail. The wifi worked smoothly, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The host was very responsive and always responded quickly and clearly. He gave us helpful recommendations about the area and made it easy to check in and check out without hassle. We would definitely come back. It was a stay that exceeded our expectations for how well it matched what I promised. Highly recommended.

Just a note she was wonderful and did give us the umbrella’s and towels but she did state that cleaning, food, umbrella’s and cleaning are an extra 50.00us dollars a day. She said Airbnb would not let her make that specification in her listing, so just giving a heads up for anyone like ourselves thinking this was included. Other than that was pretty nice place. Other things to keep in mind, it could use some more work to be a 5 ⭐️ it was missing kitchen utensils like oven mitts, flippers. Had No salt & pepper. Smallest frying pan ever haha so if you can bring things i would.

Very nice apartment, very quiet, clean, steps from the beach and with many facilities in the complex. Super recommended! Ideal for people looking for a beautiful place to stay and seek peace and quiet! I would definitely stay there again.

Jorge Luis has a great peaceful place. all the basic necessities are covered. they take care of the home and live next door. making him very accessible. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet place without luxury. :)

The apartment is large, comfortable and very nice, it has a good balcony for a drink at night. Very good stay, the host was attentive to details, left for breakfast, shampoo and soap to bathe! She was also flexible with check-in times!!! I would definitely come back!!

Our stay at Bartolomeo's was excellent! The house is beautiful and the location is very good: a stone's throw from the shopping area of Guemes and Olavarria. Very comfortable place to park the car. Bartolomeo and his grandson Luca were always available for any questions or unforeseen events.

The apartment has an elevator that works very well from (and to) the lobby/parking/apartment and the "quincho". We had an extra car and is was, easy an safe, to park it in the street in front of the building. Very nice stay.

Top notch care, we were welcomed with an Argentine barbecue😋. The beautiful and spacious house in the best neighborhood in MDQ with a combination of tranquility and both restaurants and shops very close by. I definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Very happy and grateful for everything I experienced at Casa Bravía. Maria is a sweetheart, always attentive and present at all times, with very good constant and necessary communication in case of any doubt. The place is dreamy, the views, the house, every corner of the house is magical. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The place's energy is unique. My friends and I loved the place. We'll be back!

Beautiful house with spacious environments to enjoy a very good stay. It has a large park with a pool and all the necessary amenities to have fun. It's just as it looks in the photos. Maria was always attentive to our needs. It's a place to come back to.

The house is very beautiful decorated with very good taste and super complete, it is brand new, super safe since it is a closed neighborhood with security gave me peace of mind to leave the quadricycle alone and the hosts are super attentive and flexible. We will definitely return!!
