Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mar de Cristal

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

We enjoyed our weekend trip. Pros - 1. the location 2. the jacuzzi 3. the house is well equipped and 4. friendly host. Cons - 1. was missing cleaning in the living room and kitchen and in one room (trash/glass on the floor in the three sites when we arrived) and the BBQ was not clean when we arrived and we had to clean it before using it. 2. I think the price-quality for the cleaning is not right after seeing other listings. 3. There is some humidity issue in the en-suite room toilet - smells bad always even though we have left the window open. I still want to emphasize that we have enjoyed our trip in general and would do it again. Thank you!

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

It was nice to stay in this apartment, where there is everything you need, from bedding to the necessary little things in the kitchen. Convenient access, there is a possibility and places to leave the car near the apartment, but even if you decide to put the car in the parking lot, it is located 15 minutes' walk, with a convenient entrance. Using the app will save you money. The apartment has air conditioning, which is sometimes not unimportant, although we did not use it at night, so the temperature in the apartment was comfortable. I will gladly recommend this place to friends, and will take the opportunity to stay next time. Thank you very much, Pepi.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Nick was very attentive. An outstanding host!!! With a flexible schedule that is very convenient. The house was very modern and really cozy with all utensils you need while you are on vacation. A great living space inside and out. Highly recommended!!!!

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Lola. She's a sweetheart. It helps you in everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's a luxury. Thank you. I hope to visit again.

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

Kim’s place feels homey and cozy, with a personal touch without feeling cluttered. The pool is a gem and great with kids (quite deep though so not suitable for very small kids) The location is great, walking easily to beach restaurants, supermarket and playa los locos. The terrace is lovely and the apartment is a great holiday home, comfy beds, lots of kitchen utensils and also beach equipment and water toys for kids to lend. Kim was very helpful and made the stay easy with clear instructions how everything works. Thank you Kim!

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing few days at these apartments. Beautifully maintained inside and out and close to all the amenities of Villamartin Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
