The beautiful cozy apartment is a hidden gem close to the airport. The owner and his family are super nice and friendly. They offered us lunch at their restaurant and ride to the airport. They were also flexible with our checkout when our flight got rescheduled. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be back again. Thank you ❤️

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

We absolutely loved this house!!! Freshly renovated, every detail was thought through. We were a big family with kids, so we did a a lot of cooking at home, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The terrace was so nice and peaceful, we ate many meals there. There was strong smell of cows at times as there’s a barn right next door - upside: we bought freshly made cheese (and eggs) from that neighbor which was absolutely delicious. The swings in the yard were also a success among the kids. There’s a small village store in 5 min walk that surprised us with its assortment. Lusine was very responsive to our questions making it an overall great experience. The drive to Dendropark is super short, if you’re planning to drive towards Dzegh, do not take the bad road, trust Y maps , it’s really bad.

Wonderful place! I stayed here with my cat, and everything was perfect — very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The self check-in was super easy: the host sent clear instructions via text message in advance. He is a very responsible and kind person. My cat and I really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Заселение прошло легко и удобно — хозяин заранее отправил подробные инструкции по смс, всё было понятно и организовано. Он показал себя как очень ответственный и доброжелательный человек. Нам с котом всё очень понравилось, чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо большое! 🌟
