The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Located in the Regional Park Sassi di Roccamalatina (Modena), the building is a portion of a rustic house restored with natural and sustainable materials. Furnished with reclaimed furniture, with care and love. The network of paths in the Park runs around it, which can be traveled by bicycle or trekking. It is about 1 km from the nearby hamlet, 7 km from the town of Zocca and 10 km from Guiglia, 50 min. from Modena and Bologna.

Our apartment is located in Vignola, has 4 beds and is close to the highway, train station and courier, perfect for reaching the centers of Bologna, Modena and Maranello. In the surroundings, 5 minutes away, you will find Conad, Tigota, Municipal Pharmacy, Bar, Gelateria Pizzeria. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a garden with a private entrance, is furnished with little and is complete with all the comforts, a spacious garage for two cars, and convenient parking for the disabled. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
