A comfortable place for stay. Mr. George is a great host . He responds quick to all our enquiries. Easy to find the location . Everything was there as described in the airbnb website.

The flat is pretty good with beautiful view of backwaters. One can enjoy the scenic beauty sipping tea sitting in the balcony. Main hall should have Air-conditioning which will make it more comfortable. Overall it’s a peaceful well maintained nice place.

Patric is an excellent, friendly and likeable host who has fulfilled every wish and helped us in many situations. In addition, there were super nice rooms with sea views, a great breakfast and there was a contact person on site at any time. We felt very comfortable, safe and welcome with Patric and his family immediately. For us, there could not have been a better start to our trip to India. We will definitely be back! Thank you Patric!

I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

felt at home...with all facilities....clean and prsitine

We really enjoyed our stay with Dominic. We had some initial difficulties at the beginning but were able to sort them out quickly and were very satisfied in the end. The location is perfect and really only a jump away from the beach. Dominic is a relaxed and nice guy who recommended a few local things and organised a kayak tour during sunrise.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. A special highlight was the adorable dog, Kittu, who added so much charm to our stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming—they even accommodated us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
