There are very short distance very nice restaurants, fish taverns, cafe-bars. Very close to the apartment building, there is a supermarket and an organized shop market. The distance to the main market is approximately 500 meters and from the Venetian port, about 800 meters.

The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove.
