Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον Β' οροφο μιας μοντερνας πολυκατοικιας, πισω ακριβως απο το Lepanto Hotel, σε μια αποσταση 50 μετρων απο την θαλασσα, στην ομορφη παραλια του Γριμποβου (Με τα υπεροχα πλατανια και τα τρεχουμενα νερα). Υπαρχουν σε πολυ μικρη αποσταση πολυ ωραια εστιατορια, ψαροταβερνες, καφε- μπαρ. Πολυ κοντα στην πολυκατοικια, υπαρχει σουπερ μαρκετ και οργανωμενη αγορα μαγαζιων. Η αποσταση απο την κεντρικη αγορα ειναι περιπου 500 μετρα και απο το ενετικο λιμανι, περιπου 800 μετρα.

Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Η κατοικία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2022 και περιβάλλεται από ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό τοπίο και έναν υπέροχο κήπο που είναι στην αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών.
