Beach house holiday rentals in Marathon

Wonderful Stay! Place was super clean and nicely decorated with minimal decor. (Sometimes places are over decorated and busy) Beach Towels were provided. Kitchen was organized & clean. Pool was nice! We brought our small dogs and the grounds were very pet friendly. Jessica’s recommended list of restaurants was spot on! Had a great time eating at several of the places. Would visit again and recommend to others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Paradise in the Heart of the Keys! Our stay at this vacation house in Marathon was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Great place to stay for family vacation or guys fishing trip. Plenty of dock space to park the boat and easy access to the Atlantic. House is clean and all amenities worked as they should. Would definitely recommend to a family or friend. Mary was a great host who provided all information without even requesting it.

Very nice place in a great area

We enjoyed our stay. Place looked like the photos and we had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and homey. Liked that the TV had guess access to Netflicks, AppleTv, and Prime. We didn't have a boat or used either of the 2 kayaks or grill, so can't comment on those features. But was nice walking out on the dock. We even saw manatees one day!!! Lots of restaurants, stores, and gas stations close by. Also many attractions within 10-20min drive. Key West took us around 1hr 20min and Islamorada about 35-40min. Access to the Cabana Club pool and beach was also a plus. Pool was very deep compared to most hotels, like 3-9 feet which was awesome!

We had such a relaxing and peaceful getaway, like always in the Florida Keys. Thank you Mary for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location with a beautiful view. Every morning I was outside doing yoga & pilates right there looking at the ocean! I enjoyed the kayaks and spent some time on the water myself, getting some great exercise and beautiful scenery. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals daily. Absolutely loved the artwork, Mary! You are very talented, and it truly represented the Keys! We enjoyed the local beaches of Coco Plum, Sombrero, and Bahia Honda and took a trip to the Dry Tortugas. We saw a group of manatees mating on the first day on a walk! I have never seen anything like that. I highly recommend Mary's place for a peaceful time in the Keys!

we were a family of 6 staying and had more then enough room. the house was perfect and had everything you needed. we enjoyed fishing off the deck and watching the manatees everyday day swimming by. the backyard was absolutely perfect to hang out and relax. Carmen is a great host and communicates fast. would absolutely stay here again.

We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

Book this house! Very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need from pool towels to kitchen amenities! The house is in a quiet area with ample parking and only a couple minute drive from all the restaurants and attractions Marathon has to offer. A few key features to note. The screened in pool and outdoor outdoor shower were such a nice touch after being on the boat all day, the ice machine was priceless to refill the boat coolers everyday and not have to spend a fortune on ice at the bait shop! Beds were comfortable, couch was large and accommodating for my family of 4! The house was clean and bed linens were good quality. Plenty of outdoor seating from chairs to loungers. The fish cleaning station and power plug in station for the boat were a nice touch. Vaca Cut was a short 5 minute boat ride North or you can head South by boat 5 minutes to the 7 mile bridge. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked this home last minute and now have our go-to vacation spot in Marathon! Alida is a friendly host with great communication. The home is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The kayaks and paddle board made our vacation even more special! The steet is very quiet and peaceful. The setting in the back yard is very private, as is the long dock. We had a 23' rental boat for our stay. The view is amazing and the sunsets are a special treat each evening. I very much appreciated the ample, comfortable seating everywhere - inside and outside of the home. Thank you Alida. We made great family memories here!

The house was great. Close boat ramps to put the boat in not far from the house. Everything was as described or better/bigger than expected. Enjoyed our stay here.

The place was perfect for our needs. Pool, tiki hut, and canal were great. The beds were comfy as well. Daileny was quick to respond and accommodating.

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving week Ruth!!

My family and I really enjoyed this home the pictures do not do it justice it’s beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we were even able to check in a day early ! The canal was awesome , a boat is a must and so much fun. We saw manatees and iguanas. The private pool was fun all together a great experience.

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

Karen’s place was amazing. Sitting on the deck and fishing was fun to do during the day and in the evenings when we wanted to relax. We were visited by manatees and saw some very cool fish in the canal. The location was perfect right in the middle of the keys with an hour to get to key west and key largo each direction. Local restaurants were bike riding distance. The house was clean and very nicely taken care of. Most of the local neighbors were nice or the people who owned the surrounding homes as vacation homes. Except for the guy who owns the house directly in front of Karen’s closest to the street, yellow house I believe, he had some rude things to say regarding us fishing but it’s not Karen’s fault the neighbor was a rude person, all the others were lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to return one day.

Cute spacious condo. Loved the big balcony and patio furniture. Pamela sent lots of local food and attractions recommendations. Our flight was delayed and she went over and turned lights on so we would be able to see when we arrived at what turned into 3 am. The pool was nice and the view beautiful. Sunset beach was walking distance and we enjoyed every night. Would stay again if we do go back and visit the Florida Keys.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

What a beautiful peaceful place!! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Honestly, it was so hard to leave. Our family loved fishing out back on the dock and we loved sitting outside in the comfy chairs reading in the peaceful quiet. The mattresses were so comfortable and so was the couch. They even had games provided for us to play. The cabana club is awesome and the pool is nice and refreshing and clean. There was lots of space to spread out and rest and also to cook and watch movies. So many good amenities and things that were provided so we didn’t have to buy as much at the store. Thank you so much for such a thoughtful visit. Michael is a very responsive and flexible host as well. There are so many things in Marathon that are close by to do as a family and we loved going to the animal aquarium, encounters, and snorkeling at different beaches. It’s not too far from Key West either and we enjoyed our trip down there for the day. We will definitely be back!!

This place was such a nice experience. The views were gorgeous and the area was peaceful. It was really a bargain for the price. I highly recommend it!

I was very happy when I walked in the door, it had everything that I needed and more during my stay. Every door or cabinet that I opened had something that could be useful during anyones stay. From the moment that I started inquiring about the rental to the very end of my stay, they were very helpful with all the questions that I had and always responded promptly. I highly recommend renting from them. I look forward to staying in their rental next year.
