Apartment holiday rentals in Marbletown

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. It was newly renovated, clean, easy to locate, and in a prime location. We met Graham when we got there. He was outside working on more renovations, and he became a friendly face and helpful resource throughout our stay. The patio was definitely worth it. It was so peaceful and serene to just sit in the hot tub and stare off at the creek and mountains. The less than 10 minute walk to town on the abandoned tracks was so easy, romantic, and fun. This is a great place to stay for couples or families!

We had a lovely stay at Ann Marie’s place. It’s just like the pictures, and she absolutely deserves her super host rating! She was friendly and incredibly responsive, provided recommendations for the area, and told us everything we needed to know. The place was clean and stocked with all sorts of extra amenities you don’t usually find with Airbnb (snacks, travel toiletries, extra towels, hotel bathrobes, wrapped chocolate by the bed, water/milk/juice in the fridge, and more). We had a lovely swim in the pool and enjoyed wandering around Beacon and surrounding area. We would love to come back! Thank you so much, Ann Marie!

We loved our stay at this cozy spot just a quick drive out of downtown new paltz. Perfect launching spot for hikes or the town and ideal for a morning coffee on the patio. Angela was responsive and accommodating.

The Pad was the perfect place for our weekend stay. It was walkable to many restaurants/ shops/ parks and was close to Twin Star Orchards (we were visiting for an event there). The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we loved the screened in outdoor space. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay in New Paltz.

Wonderful large studio with warm materials and beautiful renovation. Very easy access by car to Rhinebeck, Poughkeepsie, Culinary Institute of America, and just a little farther to Kingston or New Paltz, very reachable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the space.

The Airbnb is on a small hill looking out towards a small pond and an open field. The sunset in particular was very nice. The home is in a very private location. Inside, the space was well decorated - simple yet tasteful. The space itself is on the smaller end but the decor opens up the space. Michael answered all questions within 24-hours. Easy to communicate with. Overall a good stay

Nice place. As country people the parking was confusing, but doable. Had trouble getting in at first but Kristine was able to get it figured out within a half hour. As noted on some other reviews, there is a lot road noise, but that's to be expected for the area. No surprises with the place. Everything is as listed. It was great to see all the extra pillows and blankets that were available!

5 stars all the way. The location, the interiors, the equipment, linens, provisions were all top notch. Nick and Mar were generous and responsive hosts. One of the best stays I’ve had!

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Had a great stay — the location is ideal: walkable to a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants; private (set back from the street); and peaceful, with views of the Rondout Creek. The apartment is well kept and has a generously sized kitchen, great for cooking. Danylo communicates clearly and was helpful when I needed something. I’d be happy to stay here again. Bonus: Joppenbergh Mountain is just a 2-minute walk away, with trails for hiking, running, and mountain biking, plus a beautiful overlook of the Trestle.

Shaun's place is a good value. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, and many thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough not to feel cramped. I would stay here again.

Diana is warm and accessible. That is a gift. And, it is such a special place- the sounds of birds and rustling leaves in the trees- and forest you see from every window. Its a touch of a drive but so worth it. Everything is in perfect condition and Diana's taste in color, texture and art is elegant- yet simple, mildly rustic, and still- old charm. It is private and safe. I know I will be back there one day. It was like a retreat!

Gabriela’s place is close to town, the rail trail and the overall vibe is peaceful. There are a ton of helpful notes and she has everything that you will need. It was very quiet and cozy. We are looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

This was a great weekend getaway! The place is very clean, safe, and close to local restaurants and Haines Fall! I would recommend to anyone. The hot tub made it magical, it was perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. The hosts respond quickly and I didn’t need to ask any questions because everything was explained well and there were helpful tips throughout the room. No complaints!

Melissa was an amazing host from the minute we booked the reservation. Her home was beautiful and provided a sense of peace. The binder with local activities as well as restaurants was extremely helpful and although it rained our whole weekend we didn't mind because the hot tub area was so nice. Will definitely be back again!
