This spacious and bright loft-style penthouse is located on the third floor of a typical Cordovan house, decorated in a romantic Mediterranean style. The bedroom, with a 150x200 bed, is integrated into the living room, which has a large chaise-long sofa. In the house you will find all the comforts to enjoy a wonderful vacation in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

Two minutes walk from Puerto Marina where you will find all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops... Enjoy the best beach in Benalmádena, "Malapesquera", just two steps from the studio. A few minutes walk away you can find supermarkets, banks, taxi and bus stops.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

Very well-lit house, both naturally and artificially, located a 5-minute walk to the town hall square. It is rustically and stylishly decorated, with wood being the main feature. Parking is also available very close by. Newly installed air conditioning in the master bedroom along with two ceiling fans.
