Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

The villa "Il Paduletto", located in a very quiet location, despite being in the countryside, is a few minutes from the Sterpaia natural park and the beautiful beach of Carlappiano, it is close to the town of Riotorto, where there are shops and supermarket. It has a large fenced garden for exclusive use of about 500 m2, which makes it particularly suitable for guests with pets in tow, also given the proximity of the beautiful beach for dogs of Perelli1.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
